Kaptured Creatives respects your privacy. This page explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it and how we look after it, in line with Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019.

What we collect

When you send a project enquiry we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, company, the services you're interested in, your budget and timeline, and your message. We also record the date, your IP address and basic browser information to protect the form from spam.

When you browse the site we count page visits and clicks in aggregate to understand what's useful. We don't use advertising cookies or sell your data.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and, if we work together, to deliver the project, send invoices and keep records we're required to keep by law.

Who can see it

Your details are stored securely with our hosting and database providers and are only accessible to the Kaptured Creatives team. We never share them with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to two years unless we start working together, in which case we keep project and billing records for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can object to how we use it. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
